The GESAMP Ballast Water Working Group is holding its first virtual meeting from 1 to 13 June 2020
GESAMP Working Group 34 on Ballast Water commenced its fortieth session today. This is the first time the Group will be reviewing its work virtually. As of the deadline of 3 April, three applications had been received, two for Final Approval, and one for extension of Final Approval with new testing of freshwater data. The report of the Group will be completed by 20th of June and will be peer reviewed by the GESAMP members.
